Lady Gaga revealed on Thursday that she'll perform at this year's Oscars on Feb. 22.

As the Academy clearly makes a big push for viewers with live entertainment, the pop star joins the likes of Adam Levine, Jennifer Hudson, Jack Black, Anna Kendrick, Tegan and Sara and The Lonely Island, all of whom will also perform during the Neil Patrick Harris-hosted ceremony.

Oscar producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron recently admitted they're "creating several musical sequences" for the upcoming telecast.
