It appears Comedy Central is staying close to home in its search for a Colbert Report replacement.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Larry Wilmore is set to host The Minority Report, which will take the place of Stephen Colbert's program when he leaves the network to host CBS's Late Show.

Wilmore is currently the "Senior Black Correspondent" on Jon Stewart's Daily Show.

The news comes as ABC has also picked up comedy Black-ish, which is executive produced by Wilmore.

The Minority Report will debut next January. The final episode of The Colbert Report is set for Dec. 17.
