NBC's 'Go On' is No. 1, Gets Full-Season Order
It's been a while since NBC was No. 1, but with all premiere week numbers now in, the network is tops for the first time. It's been a while (the last time the network was in such a place, it had powerhouse shows Friends, Will & Grace, and ER to thank), but while all the other networks are down in the key demographic 18-49, NBC is up, thanks in large part to The Voice.
In celebration of the Peacock's performance, several high-performing shows have received full-season orders. Among them is the No. 1 new comedy of the fall, Go On, starring Matthew Perry (Friends).
Co-star Tyler James Williams, himself a familiar face (Everybody Hates Chris), is talking with us in the new issue of Variance about a key factor in the show's success, plus working with Perry.
