Kanye West may have only had a couple days notice to headline Saturday's FYF Fest in place of Frank Ocean, but he was hardly unprepared, even bringing guests Rihanna and Travi$ Scott on stage to perform with him.

Scott joined West for “Upper Echelon” and “Antidote," while Rihanna took the stage for "FourFiveSeconds" and again during the final 10 minutes of the set, when Ye announced he would perform "one hit a minute," including the RiRi-assisted "All of the Lights."

Interestingly, both West and Rihanna have spent the past year teasing new albums which have yet to materialize, as has Ocean, who "decided on his own terms to cancel his appearance," according to FYF. Ultimately, it was clearly a win for all who actually showed up last night.
