A week ahead of its second season finale, FXX's You're the Worst has been renewed for a third season, the network revealed Wednesday.
In addition to ordering more of the cult favorite comedy, which stars Chris Geere and Aya Cash, FXX has also signed the show's creator Stephen Falk to a deal to create new projects for FX Networks.
“Stephen is one of the best new talents in comedy -- as funny, thoughtful and original as You’re the Worst and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next,” FX president of original programming Nick Grad said in a statement, calling the show "one of the most innovative, something Stephen and the cast will continue in the much-deserved third season."
