Rihanna has canceled her show scheduled for Friday in Nice, France, hours after a large truck drove through the city's massive Bastille Day celebration on Thursday night, killing as many 80 people and injuring many others.

A rep for the singer has confirmed with Variance she had already arrived in Nice, although she was not harmed.

According to the city's mayor, the Nice Jazz Festival, which was set to begin on Saturday, has been canceled. Flags in Nice will also be flown at half mast starting Friday.

Rihanna's show at the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice would have been the latest stop on her ongoing Anti World Tour. The next date on her itinerary is Sunday's show in Frankfurt, Germany.
