As expected, The Weeknd's new album Starboy will debut at No. 1 on the U.S. albums chart.

According to Nielsen Music, the newly released record earned 348,000 equivalent album units in its first week, for the third-highest tally of the year behind Drake's Views (1.04 million units) and Beyoncé's Lemonade (653,000 units).

It marks the singer's second Billboard 200 chart-topper in as many years, following last year's Beauty Behind the Madness. And as we previously mentioned, Starboy has also seen record-breaking streaming, including 223 million on-demand streams in its first week.
