The late David Bowie's newly released Blackstar is on track to become the music legend's first U.S. No. 1 album.

According to industry forecasters, the album—which arrived on Jan. 8—will likely sell around 130,000 copies stateside, which would unseat Adele's 25 from the top spot after a seven-week reign.

As Billboard mentions, Bowie had seven top 10 albums throughout his career, with his last album, 2013's No. 2-peaking The Next Day, being his highest charting record to date.

Bowie died on Jan. 10, two days after his 69th birthday, after an 18-month battle with cancer.
