J. Cole's new album KOD is here.

Announced just under four days ago, the new record hit digital platforms late Thursday night (officially out Friday). He first revealed the news by inviting fans to a surprise listening session this past Monday night in New York.

In a trailer released earlier Thursday, the acronym is explained, although Cole leaves a lot unclear. "Kids on Drugs. King Overdosed. Kill Our Demons," he also tweeted, adding: "The rest of the album I leave to your interpretation."

As we previously mentioned, J. Cole's last album, 2016's 4 Your Eyez Only was also released with only a week's notice.
