Philadelphia outfit Vacationer is ready to release a new album.

They shared a glowing new track called "Being Here" on Friday. It's the second preview of the band's upcoming third album Mindset, which is coming June 22 via Downtown Records, marking their first record in four years.

According to frontman Ken Vasoli, the new material follows a number of false starts for the album, as he took a different approach this time around, spending months on his own writing and producing for the record, rather than collaborating with bandmates Matthew Young and Grant Wheeler as he had done in the past.

“‘Being Here’ has reminders for myself to be present and experience life as it unfolds,” Vasoli said of the new song. “I try to keep a clear lens into what is happening right now and not dwell on the past or project the future. Whenever I keep that in mind it results in a better outlook.”
