Scottish trio CHVRCHES aren't wasting any time since finishing recording their sophomore album.

Every Open Eye, the followup to their incredible 2013 first album, The Bones of What You Believe, will arrive on Sept. 25, according to a "coming soon" listing from Australian retailer Sanity.

The first single, likely called "Leave a Trace," will premiere Thursday on Sirius XMU in the States and BBC Radio 1 in the U.K.

Vocalist Lauren Mayberry has called the track "the middle finger mic-drop. It’s about that point where you’re like, 'There’s no point having this conversation anyways: There will be no resolve, I won’t feel better about it, you won’t feel better about it, no outcome from this will actually change my reality.'"
