The Tonight Show has canceled Friday's taping as Jimmy Fallon has suffered an injury to his hand, his rep confirmed this morning.

The show said in a statement that Fallon is "totally fine" but TMZ reported the late-night host has been hospitalized and is undergoing surgery.

NBC will air a repeat of Tonight Show on Friday (June 26).
