Missy Elliott Said to Be Performing with Katy Perry at Super Bowl Halftime

Missy Elliott is expected to join Katy Perry on stage during Sunday's Super Bowl halftime show, according to the Associated Press.

Perry first teased during a press conference on Thursday that her 12-minute set would feature an "old school" female singer. "When you hear the first ring of the chord, I think jaws will drop and faces will melt."

As we mentioned back in October, Elliott's appearance has been likely because of the pair's previous collaboration for the remix of Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)."

Perry confirmed earlier this month that Lenny Kravitz will also be part of the halftime performance.
