Ariana Grande Lands Recurring Guest Role on Fox's 'Scream Queens'

Fox revealed during its panel at Saturday's Television Critics Association press tour that Glee's Lea Michele, True Blood's Joe Manganiello and Little Miss Sunshine's Abigail Breslin have joined the cast of Scream Queens as leads.

Additionally, Ariana Grande is returning to her television roots with a recurring guest role on the upcoming comedy-horror anthology series, which already counts Jamie Lee Curtis and Emma Roberts among the cast.

Co-created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan (the minds behind Glee and American Horror Story), the 15-episode project is expected to shoot this spring and premiere in the fall.

The first season will focus on a college campus linked to a series of murders. Assuming it does well, forthcoming seasons would feature different locations and characters (à la American Horror Story, True Detective).
