Green Day, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Bill Withers, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band and Lou Reed are among the 2015 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.

As part of the April 18 event at Cleveland's Public Hall, Ringo Starr will also receive the Award for Musical Excellence. This will make Starr the last member of The Beatles to be inducted.

Nine Inch Nails, Chic, Kraftwerk, N.W.A. and Sting were also nominated but did not make the cut.
