A woman who says she is an internationally acclaimed singer is suing Beyoncé, JAY Z and Timbaland for supposedly ripping off her song in their collaboration "Drunk in Love.

According to TMZ, Monika Miczura (aka Mitsou) of Hungary claims the trio used portions of her song "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" in the first 13 seconds of "Drunk in Love," although she suggests her voice was auto-tuned and enhanced dramatically.

She is seeking damages and hopes a judge will prohibit the song from being played in its current form.
