Saturday Night Live has revealed the final hosts and musical guests for the year.

James Franco will return on Dec. 6 for his third hosting stint, with musical guest Nicki Minaj.

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' Martin Freeman will host on Dec. 13 with first-time musical guest Charli XCX.

Amy Adams will return as host for the year's final episode with musical guest One Direction.

As we've previously mentioned, Cameron Diaz hosts this week with musical guests Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.
