In a strange move, producers Harry Bauer Rodrigues (aka Baauer) and Alexander Ridha (aka Boys Noize) have scrapped their upcoming tour two days before it was set to begin in Las Vegas.

As for the reason for the last-minute cancellation, Rodrigues said they both have to "get back into the studio."

"I'm so sorry to do this, but Alex and I have to pull this tour," the "Harlem Shake" producer said in a statement. "There's a bunch of reasons why this needed to happen, but mostly, Alex and I have to get back into the studio and finish our projects. I never ever cancel shows, so pulling this whole tour is devastating. But what it means is more music out to you guys sooner. I hope you understand and I love you."

One would imagine if ticket sales were all that great, they might not have been inclined to abandon the tour on such short notice.
