Lana Del Rey has unfortunately canceled all of her upcoming European tour dates.

A statement from the singer's label via MTV provided the following: "For medical reasons independent of our will, the artist has been forced to cancel all promotional activities planned in Europe over the coming days.”

Del Rey said earlier this year in an interview with Fader that she had "been sick on tour for about two years with this medical anomaly that doctors couldn’t figure out. That’s a big part of my life: I just feel really sick a lot of the time and can’t figure out why.”

At press time, her Austin City Limits Festival appearance and three shows in Mexico are still on the schedule. A rep for ACL has also confirmed to Variance the singer is still expected to perform.
