Hey, we've all been blindsided by cable fees at one time or another. And not that Comcast customer service has had the best reputation lately, but one New Mexico woman took her frustration over unexpected charges too far.
According to the Albuquerque Journal, Gloria Baca-Lucero pulled a gun on Comcast technician Clifton Ratliff this week when she learned the work he was doing wouldn't be free. A complaint filed shows the woman reportedly swiped the serviceman's tools and then held him at gunpoint ordering him to leave her property.
As New York Daily News points out, Lucero and Ratliff are disputing each other's version of events leading up to the incident, but police did find Glock pistol and 11 rounds in her home. She was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
