As a result of an ongoing lawsuit between Insane Clown Posse and their former publicist, Kid Rock now has to turn over a glass dildo he supposedly received as a gift.

Andrea Pellegrini, a former employee of Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records is suing ICP for sexual harassment. According to the plaintiff says she was offered a glass toy (or dildo) as a gift. When she turned it down, “Dirty Dan” Diamond then gave the toy to Kid Rock, according to a press release issued by Pellegrini’s attorneys on Monday.

According to the Detroit Free Press, a subpoena filed by Royal Oak, Mich.-based Rasor Law Firm, states Robert James Ritchie (aka Kid Rock) has 14 days to produce the item in question as evidence.
