Avicii was taken to the hospital Thursday night shortly before his scheduled performance at SLS South Beach.

TMZ first reported about the DJ-producer's hospitalization, which forced him to cancel his show, part of this week's big Miami Music Week festivities. He is also slated to headline Ultra Music Festival this weekend.

He has apparently been discharged from the hospital already, and his rep tells us "he's going to be fine."

Update (3.28, 8:30 p.m. EST): A rep for Avicii has confirmed that he has a blocked gallbladder and "he has had to cancel all his commitments for the week," including his headlining performance at Ultra Music Festival on Saturday. The festival announced Friday night that Deadmau5 will replace Avicii.

Avicii revealed later Friday evening via Facebook that he will be having his gallbladder removed on Saturday.
