After allegedly assaulting a man outside a chiropractor's office earlier this month, Kanye West is said to have settled outside of court, paying more than $250,000 to the victim.

TMZ is reporting that the District Attorney has not yet confirmed if West will be charged with battery following the incident in which he attacked the 18-year-old victim who hurled racial slurs at Kim Kardashian, according to reports.

The exact settlement figure had not be revealed at press time, but it is likely the total amount is in the "upper six figures," with $250,000 being a partial payment.
