Make sure you're watching Game 5 this Sunday between the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs. JAY Z on Friday advised via a photo on his Life + Times site that fans should "tune in" and "turn up the volume" during the next NBA Finals game, as he has something of a surprise in store.

While the rapper offers no further explanation, the picture provides some hints. JAY Z reportedly signed a deal with Samsung for as much as $20 million, and it's possible he will have an announcement. But why would he rally fans for an announcement that could easily be made online immediately? (Unless he's getting tips from Justin Timberlake.) Perhaps he's kicking off a new campaign with Samsung, featuring new music (à la Beyoncé's Pepsi or H&M promos)?

Mr. Carter has definitely been in the studio lately, and some reports suggest he is aiming to release new material on or around July 4. It's also worth noting the chains in the photo belong to Kanye West.
