George W. Bush is apparently being a good sport about his nude portrayal in Kanye West's controversial "Famous" video.

"In case there was any doubt ... that is not President Bush," a rep for the former president told TMZ in a statement, adding in jest: "[The real Bush] is in much better shape."

Bush's inclusion in the video—which features faux versions of Taylor Swift, Donald Trump and Rihanna in bed together—perhaps shouldn't come as a surprise, considering West in 2005 said the president "doesn't care about black people," following Hurricane Katrina.

Speaking to the Today show's Matt Lauer in 2010, Bush recalled the episode as an "all-time low" of his presidency.
