Ahead of his forthcoming memoir Born to Run, Bruce Springsteen has announced plans for a companion album titled Chapter and Verse, which will feature some of his biggest hits as well as unreleased music.

The 18-track set will mostly consist of tracks linked to the time periods and themes discussed in the book, along with two cuts from his teenage band The Castiles and three additional demo recordings.

The memoir will arrive on Sept. 27, preceded by Chapter and Verse on Sept. 23.
