The nominees for the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards have been announced, with Drake leading with 14 nominations.

Following closely behind is Drizzy's Summer Sixteen tour mate Future, with 10 nods, followed by DJ Khaled, who is having a mammoth year and earned nine nominations of his own.

Kanye West nabbed eight nominations, while Kendrick Lamar and Chance the Rapper both have four nods.

In the running for Best New Hip-Hop Artist are Anderson .Paak, Bryson Tiller, Chance the Rapper, Desiigner and Tory Lanez.

This year's BET Hip-Hop Awards will be held in Atlanta on Sept. 17, while the show will air on Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. EST on BET.
