And it seems he wasn't the only one reminded of the book this past week, as sales of the title have skyrocketed in the days since the scandal topped headlines.
Darren Star, the man behind Sex and the City's successful launch on HBO (based on the books by Candace Bushnell) in 1998, is at it again. The producer-director is currently working on a new television series based on The Honest Toddler, the recently released book by Bunmi Laditan, which is based on the latter's hugely popular Twitter feed. Star will develop and executive produce the adaptation with Laditan and producers Clark Peterson and Dennis Erdman.
