We've got a new Big Obsession! Today, ongoing Variance favorite VEAUX dropped their new single called "Strawberry Blues" and it's a jaaaaam.

And on another busy new release day, it's our Big Obsession pick, because the Nashville-based band has absolutely outdone themselves here. It's part of their "Love Songs for the Apocalypse” series, which explores the idea of love in the darkest of times.

“When we sat down to write 'Strawberry Blues,' our goal was to make something fun,” says the band's lead singer Aaron Wagner. “Instead of trying to make something digestible, we made something exciting. Something honest.”

The trio previously teased the song leave when they played a live rendition in November at the Brooklyn Bowl, where they opened for Wet Leg. VEAUX is made up of Aaron Wagner, Dominick Wagner and Andrew Black.

OK, "Strawberry Blues" is yours below!
