Is Rage Against the Machine going on tour in 2020? The answer now is, yes.
After confirming late last year they're reuniting in April to headline both weekends of Coachella, the band on Monday ended the remaining speculation about their plans and announced a full-on tour including a number of shows across North America.
The newly announced dates, in which Run the Jewels will be supporting most of the trek, follows the previous news that Rage is scheduled to headline both Boston Calling and Firefly festivals this spring, after Coachella.
It's worth noting, with a show scheduled for Chicago in May, that essentially rules out rumored headlining slots for either Lollapalooza or Riot Fest. But RTJ's absence from said Chicago show suggests Killer Mike and El-P themselves might be on the 2020 Lolla lineup even if Rage Against the Machine is out.
