NBC announced a handful of 2014 series renewals on Wednesday night, including the official return of Parks and Recreation for what will be its seventh season.

The network's entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt previously revealed to the Television Critics Association back in January that he fully expected the show to be picked up again.

Meanwhile, Chicago Fire and its spinoff Chicago P.D., as well as Grimm, have also been renewed by the Peacock. Previously renewed titles include The Blacklist, The Voice and Celebrity Apprentice.
