Last month, British up-and-comer Adam Taylor (aka ADMT) shared his moving new single "Dream," and now he's releasing a stripped back video for the track.

At a moment when much of the world seems to be at a standstill, taken aback by the ongoing health crisis, the song is a breathtaking dose of optimism. "Dream with me / It won't last forever," he sings on the track, for which he has now shared a live session. The video is premiering today on Variance.

"'Dream' is about finding something worth striving for—looking at what is happening around us and in our lives and understanding that it doesn’t have to be that way," he says. "It won’t be that way forever, because everything is temporary. We have to believe that things will get better regardless of how negative a situation can seem."

It's the perfect message for this moment, and the live video showcases not only the intense emotion of the original song itself but ADMT's brilliant, raw vocal prowess.
