As NBC's The Voice narrows down its finalists, some of music's most beloved faces are turning up on the singing competition's live shows.

Kicking off the week's new round of competition was Robin Thicke, debuting his new single "Feel Good" live. As host Carson Daly noted, it wasn't Thicke's first appearance on the show. He previously performed "Blurred Lines" earlier this year with T.I. and Pharrell. The song subsequently skyrocketed on the charts and ultimately hit No. 1, where it remained for 12 consecutive weeks.

As we previously reported, Ellie Goulding will also appear on the show Tuesday to perform her new single "Burn."

Both artists are no doubt seeking what's becoming known in the music industry as "The Voice effect" (the surge seen for songs like "Blurred Lines" and A Great Big World's "Say Something").
