Young the Giant has unveiled new visuals for "It's About Time," the first single off its forthcoming new record, Mind Over Matter.

The video's arrival marks a "time" of change for the band, as Mind Over Matter will be released Jan. 21 via Fueled By Ramen, following its 2010 self-titled debut on Roadrunner.

Mind Over Matter was produced by Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who has previously worked on Tegan and Sara's "Heartthrob" and the new self-titled album from Fueled by Ramen label mates Paramore.

The new album comes after Young the Giant experienced global success with Billboard hits "My Body" and "Cough Syrup," both of which helped the band gain notoriety as one of rock's most exciting new acts.

Following the band's debut album release, even Morrisey sang their praises, saying: "I could break down with happiness at the new debut CD by Young The Giant. It is the whole thing ... It is the perfect tone, and Sameer's voice is unbreakable. If there is any justice in the world (and we all know there isn't), Young The Giant will own most of it. Every three thousand years, a band comes along who restore that precious component of faith."

Fueled by Ramen should be a great home for the band, given the label's success with transitioning alternative/rock acts into mainstream/pop phenoms (i.e. the aforementioned Paramore and fun.).
