After confirming their new album and announcing their fall and winter tour last week, Smallpools is giving fans even more reason to celebrate.

The trio on Friday released their new single "Life of the Party," which arrived with an accompanying video featuring a very bossy orange. The new song follows their recent single "Science Fiction" and it's a preview of their upcoming sophomore album Life in a Simulation, which is coming Oct. 15.

And while the song itself is obviously infectious, brimming with all the sunshiny pop we love from Smallpools, we can't help but notice a lot of oranges died in the making of this video.
