Following the release of her acclaimed new album Nicole last month, NIKI on Thursday night hit the road launching The Nicole Tour in Vancouver.

The stunning show at the Malkin Bowl marked the start of the Jakarta-born, LA-based singer-songwriter's first headlining trek. And it follows her debut earlier this year at Coachella, becoming the first Indonesian artist to perform at the Indio, California fest.

“During the pandemic, I did a deep dive of the archived videos from the YouTube channel I started in middle school and realized that these songs are where my heart is," says NIKI of her new album. "We made most of the songs in my collaborators’ garages and living rooms, and the whole process felt so carefree and energizing, like being a kid at the playground. With this record, I learned to trust my gut and have real confidence in myself as a songwriter and producer, and it was so freeing and so much more fun.”

After the Vancouver show, NIKI continues almost non-stop, heading to Seattle, San Francisco, Toronto, Detroit, New York, Boston, Nashville, Houston, Chicago, Salt Lake City and more.
