Mariah the Scientist on Friday released a new video for her latest single "Bout Mine," and she's also making sure to remind you who's in charge with the brassy accompanying video.

The Atlanta-based singer is seen in the clip storming into a record label, making a vengeful, surprise visit, bringing the song's lyrics to life in a very dramatic way.

"See, love is a pretty strong word. You don’t say it if you don’t mean it," says Mariah. "You don’t play with it. You live for it. But there's a thin line between love and loyalty, and loyalty… I’ll die for.”
