On Thursday, WIINSTON officially released their new album, titled The Last Daytona, a project they have been teasing for months. But thankfully, it's finally here.

The 10-track project follows a four-year break for the Copenhagen-based pair. The album includes the previously released single "care4" as well as the new single "tick in blue," for which they have shared an accompanying video clip.

“A lot of things have happened since our last album—both personally and creatively," says the duo made up of singer Daniel Richards and producer Alfred Thomas. "We’ve been in bloom, withered again and found ourselves in the creation of what feels more powerful and right than anything we’ve ever done. This album is the perfect picture of how we currently define WIINSTON; as a genre-fluid space with no limitations.”

The longtime Variance favorites previously released their 2018 debut project MIDNIGHT ROCKET as well as their latest album JELLYFISH, which arrived back in 2019.
