As Katy Perry continues promoting her latest album, last year's Prism, it appears she may have once again recruited one of rap's biggest MCs to jump on an official remix of her single before it gets pushed to radio.
Both the Kanye To The and ATRL forums have correctly pointed out that producer Max Martin's official website credits Drake as a featured guest on Perry's "Legendary Lover," which appears on the album without the Toronto rapper.
As Perry's latest single off the album, "This Is How We Do," fades off radio, it's possible the singer is preparing to release "Lovers" in the coming days.
Following news that Perry is slated to perform the Super Bowl next year, a Drake feature would also signal hope for a Drizzy appearance on Feb. 1 in Glendale, Ariz.
Drake would also a few other hip-hop stars who have been featured on Perry tracks, all of which were produced by Martin: "E.T.," featuring Kanye West; "Dark Horse," featuring Juicy J; and "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)," featuring Missy Elliott.
A rep for Perry did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
