Rick Ross started a new week with some great news, sharing his new album title by way of a swanky new video. The Maybach Music head—whose last album, God Forgives, I Don't, released only last summer—has appropriately named this new project Mastermind. In a teaser for the new set, Ross flaunts cash, jewelry and a beautiful home surrounded by palm trees, while enlisting the help of a beautiful woman and a baby mountain lion to make his big announcement.
The Haim sisters stopped by Maida Vale studios this week for BBC Radio 1, as part of their Sound of 2013 achievement. Adding to the celebration, the trio introduced a song called "Falling." The video, which can be seen below, sees all three sisters showcasing their multiple musical talents, including playing more than one instrument throughout. The newly unveiled track is expected to be on Haim's forthcoming debut album, set to release later this year.

Since Community has yet to premiere its fourth season (six more weeks!), Joel McHale and NBC released a new clip from the show's forthcoming holiday episode—which will now likely air in late March. Take a look below.
Continuing to support his solo debut Former Lives, Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard appeared Thursday night on Conan. Joined by Los Angeles-based mariachi outfit Trio Ellas, he performed “Something’s Rattling (Cowpoke)."
So Kanye West caught some flak last week during his performance at the 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief, including jabs from Chris Brown (?). While it certainly was a topic of conversation during and following the event, a newly-released VOYR video reveals some backstage footage of Ye and his team discussing the look when he first entertained wearing the piece from Givenchy several months back in the middle of his Watch The Throne tour with Jay-Z.

Because it's just not enough that his own music is so incredible, Ben Howard had to go and cover Ellie Goulding's latest single "Figure 8," giving nothing short of a brilliant performance this week on BBC's Radio 1. Amongst a string of new material, Howard re-imagined the British songstress' track with great vocal prowess and some mad guitar skills. Watch the performance below, with a nice nod to Little Dragons "Twice" towards the end.
