NEEDTOBREATHE is back with new music, which marks the beginning of a new chapter for the band, who just shared two new songs "Hang On" and "Seasons."

The new tracks are a preview of their upcoming album Out of Body, which will be released later this year on Elektra Records, but it's hard not to hear these songs in the context of the moment, as both are clearly very emotional and also coming as co-founding member Bo Rinehart left the band this month just prior to the new music's release.

There's also the very uncertain times in which the new music arrives, and even if it's the personal changes and battles behind the scenes which inspired the new songs, they're both coincidentally relevant, perhaps even perfect, for the current environment, as "Hang On" is trademark NEEDTOBREATHE, with a big, empowering chorus inspiring hope, while "Seasons" is more tender, addressing a storm ahead. "We’re in for nasty weather. I’ll ride it out with you," sings frontman Bear Rinehart.

"It’s good to look back to those moments and grab hold of that energy," says the band of "Hang On," which they say is about "taking the magic of going through life for the first time and believing it can happen again. I think it’s a refreshing way to view the world in these tough times."
