It's finally here. Run the Jewels have released their new album RTJ4 two days ahead of its scheduled release date on Friday.

"Fuck it, why wait?," said Killer Mike and El-P in a note to fans on Wednesday. "The world is infested with bullshit so here's something raw to listen to while you deal with it all. We hope it brings you some joy. Stay safe and hopeful out there and thank you for giving 2 friends the chance to be heard and do what they love."

As El-P had previously announced, the album arrives as a free download as well as across digital platforms. The long-awaited record, the followup to 2016's Run the Jewels 3, features a number of contributions from the likes of Pharrell Williams, Zack de la Rocha, Mavis Staples, 2 Chainz, Josh Homme, DJ Premier and others.

Given current circumstances following the killing of George Floyd and countless others, Run the Jewels are also encouraging listeners to join the fight for justice, change and equality in America, by getting involved with National Lawyers Guild and other organizations. See the full list here.
