Eighty Ninety is chasing forever on their newly released single. Unfortunately, forever just doesn't seem to be in the cards.

The sibling duo of brothers Abner and Harper James on Friday shared their new song "Forever," which follows their recent standouts "Better as Friends" and "Happier" as the latest preview of their upcoming sophomore EP, a project produced by Maroon 5 and Halsey collaborator Gian Stone.

"'Forever' is about reconciling the desire to be with the person you love with the understanding that they don't feel the same way anymore," the duo says of the track. "It's like a daydream in a song — what if we were in love again?"

For Eighty Ninety, this is the latest in a string of impressive releases, further proving their skillset in heartfelt songwriting and irresistible pop melodies.
