More than a year after suggesting she might quit music altogether, Noname is back—and it appears there's plenty of new material on the way.

She dropped her first track of the year, "RAINFOREST," on Friday. It follows her "Song 33," a track she released last year in response to J. Cole’s “Snow On Tha Bluff," later apologizing for giving in to the urge to respond.

Earlier this month, Noname said on social media: "Slowly getting back into recording. [I'm] excited to drop new shit. I almost forgot how much I love making music."
