Tove Styrke is back with new music and she's also ready to announce a new album.

The Swedish artist on Friday shared her intense new single "Hardcore," which comes with news that her album Hard is coming June 3 via Records/Columbia.

"‘Hardcore’ is definitely one of my favorite tracks on the album," says Styrke. "It’s about wanting someone hardcore. I took the term from gaming; if you die you die but it’s all in. I also wanted to make the track sound drunk, like when you’re lost in a person. That’s why we made the tempo-shifts before each chorus. The production is so good on this one, it blows my mind.” 

As we previously mentioned, Styrke spent much of the month of February supporting MARINA on her North American tour.
