Janelle Monáe has released her new album The Age of Pleasure, and it's such a thrill ride.

The long-awaited album is the actor-singer's first in five years, following her Grammy-nominated Dirty Computer, which was released in 2018. The new record, out today via Wondaland Arts Society/Atlantic Records, comes as Monáe just announced a 26-city tour which begins in August.

The new record was executive produced by Monáe, Nate Wonder, Chuck Lightning and Sean “Diddy” Combs, and it includes new singles “Champagne Shit,” “Phenomenal (feat. Doechii)” and “Waterslide,” along with previously released tracks “Lipstick Lover,” and lead single “Float," featuring Seun Kuti and Egypt 80.
