Jesse Rutherford (who now goes by Jesse®) has released a new solo mixtape called &ONE.

The Neighbourhood frontman is getting experimental (and a little weird) on the new project, which arrived Friday via Atlantic Records. It follows his previously released songs "Play," "Joker" and "Rainbow."
