Drake's collaboration with JAY Z, "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2," has leaked and the blogosphere is catching fire. The Ellie Goulding-sampling track is No. 12 on the forthcoming album, which is set to arrive on Sept. 24.

Pre-order the album now to enjoy the LP in all its glory when it releases properly later this month.

Update: As of late Sunday night, the entire album has now hit the Web. Despite streaming the track below, we will not be sharing the full record until its official release, which may likely be moved up to counter the leaks.
