Ellie Goulding has managed to crank out another summer jam, this time by covering Alt-J's breakout hit "Tessellate." The smooth, jazz-infused cut is laced with just the perfect amount of synth, while showcasing the British vocalist's sultry soprano.

Goulding seems to have a Midas touch when it comes to covers. She has previously created her own versions of Elton John's "Your Song," Active Child's "Hanging On" and The Weeknd's "High for This," all being little masterpieces. She has noted recently that, although touring in support of her October 2012 album, Halcyon, she'd actually like to start spending more time in the studio soon to create more magic.

Listen below to her version of "Tessellate," produced by Xaphoon Jones.
