Kanye West isn't holding back reacting to speculation about his debt and sanity in a new track "Closest Thing to Sanity," which he played for a crowd Tuesday night at Yo Gotti’s album release party at Los Angeles nightclub 1OAK.

West also went on a rant prior to premiering the song, insisting Taylor Swift knew in advance about his controversial "Famous" lyrics. He also once again denied Amber Rose's claims about their sexual activity, declaring he's never had "no fingers in my ass. I don’t play like that."

Audio of the track, which features Sampha, can be heard below, followed by video of West's rant.
